  Grant was so AMAZING with us during our car buying process! He was very patient and very knowledgeable. He was a great listener! We really appreciated the fact that he created a budget sheet before we met with the finance manager, so we knew the cost breakdown. He did a great job making sure our needs were met. It was a great experience. I love my new Nissan Kicks❤️ I highly recommend Grant -(in sales) & Christian-(in finance) @ Kline Nissan in Maplewood.

  We just purchased a brand sparkling new Pathfinder and were pleased with our experience at this dealer. Friendly and low pressure! Helpful in answering all our questions. Jesse (sales) did a great job reviewing our options and showing us the vehicle we ultimately came back to purchase the following day following a long day at multiple dealers. Christian Mc.. was great to work with as we hashed through all the final purchase paperwork. Great job guys.

  I bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue from Grant Carl at Kline Nissan. Grant was very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. He reached out before the sale to ask what we wanted. He was professional and did not hound us! I would call Grant again and again and again if I needed to find a car!

  Avoid. Our vehicle was religiously maintained, oil, transmission - all services up to date by this dealership. Then the infamous P101 error flagged on our 2018 Nissan Rogue which then generated 3 in person service appointments, $600 in a Mass Airflow Sensor and a vehicle that would not idle and was never fixed properly. Calls resulted in talking with the service manager who confirmed a vehicle in possession with customer waiting means nothing and that an additional 4+ hours of diagnostic time could be needed at $205 / hr. $1400 parts and possible diagnostics with no resolution and no accountability. Found a dealership that found the problem in 1 x 1 hr. visit, resolved in a 2nd visit (under budget and ahead of schedule with 2 personalized follow-ups). The Rogue is back. What one dealership could not fix is now resolved for less than diagnostic fees alone. For anything other than fluid changes - find a dealership that will own, resolve and work with you on a finding a suitable fix. 3 visits, 9 hours of customer in lobby wait time and $600 for diagnostic and a Mass Air Flow Sensor that was never needed should be worth more to this dealership who clearly doesn't care about keeping the customers they have.

He was incredibly patient, responsive (even with my detailed questions and budget negotiations), and transparent every step of the way—no pressure, no games, just honest help. He worked hard to secure an outstanding out-the-door price on a loaded Super Black SL—Pathfinder. The whole process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. This SUV is perfect and Grant’s knowledge and service made sure I drove away thrilled. If you’re in the Twin Cities area, ask for Grant at Kline Nissan—you won’t find better. Highly recommend!”
