- 1I1962 impaula5 days ago3.0I am really upset. Valvoline has no longer been able to get conventional oil. I went to 3 different locations and none had it. I rely on a cheaper oil change because I do it every 3 months anyway and the cost saving are helpful to me and my family. I was told that I could go grab my own oil and they would change it for 56.00. Which is more expensive than the conventional oil change used to be at valvoline anyways..... VALVOLINE..... YOU MAKE OIL. HOW CAN YOU NOT HAVE ANY??? Seems like price gouging and I think I will be taking my buisness elsewhere from now on. I have been a loyal customer for 28 years +, I even worked for you when I was young. Do better please. Keep the cheaper options on the table for people who are trying to budget. Or at least take it off the option list. I waited 30 minutes to be told my oil change would be double the normal cost. Not acceptable.
