It would be so nice if you could plan your day around a business based on when they say they provide services. Unfortunately that is no longer the case with this place as well as many others. Obviously it will not matter if I return or not because other people will put up with it. I'm not sure it is still considered "convenient" if you take time out of your day, following their posted hours but are unable to receive services. I will go down the road to tires plus, pay less, still get crappy service but at least they follow their posted hours of operation...for now
