If they do not feel like doing the labor they will lie to you and manipulate you. I’ve Suspicion of the Services they provide. I’ve had 2 bad experiences with this specific location. 2 different visits involving 2 different Vehicles. I come in for an oil change and upon leaving there’s always additional problems with the car, problems that did not exist before the visit. This second and last time is what drew my attention. I came in for services that was recommended upon my recent oil change visit. When I arrived for my visit I explained to them that I was there for a follow up regarding the recommendations they previously made during my last oil change. One of the Employees Stated “Jiffy Lube Can Take My Money but it will not fix the problem at hand& if I wanted to waste my money, they would be happy to take it” I thought that was very unprofessional to say to a Repeated Paying Customer. They told me that “the recommendations they make doesn’t hold any real value and is not to be taken Seriously” I was Shocked and disappointed in the way they handled the situation. I explained to them that this was my second time receiving a oil change from their location and that every time I come here I leave with New mechanical problems that I did not have before arriving to their shop. They dismissed the accusations and told me to leave because they will not Service me. I can honestly say that I will no longer be a Customer at Jiffy Lube they do not respect their customers and I strongly suspect they tamper with vehicles so that the customer will return to spend more money.

I would definitely come and get my car checked up by these sigma workers, 10/10 would definitely recommend.
