  I came in earlier today because one of my headlights were out, the employee Anthony was really nice and friendly and actually installed the lights for me! Great customer service!!

  Why does one store say you can price match online retailers and the other store says you can't and can only be something at a store. Now I know why I go to O'Reilly

  BADASS service. My tire started going flat in my driveway, then my garbage inflator finished the job by leaking out the rest. On the COLDEST day of Winter. Got to AutoZone with a friends car and asked for some guidance. They told me if I could slap on a spare and bring it over they’d take care of me. It was a blazing -30F that day but I changed the tire anyway (RIP my fingers), drove back over, and the manager personally handled everything: ∙ Found the fault in my tire inflator ∙ Inflated my tire free of charge ∙ Helped me grab a good replacement inflator The manager did all this himself. The rest of the team were super friendly too, we chatted for the hour or so of troubleshooting. I have never got this level of service from any other auto part shop - they went over and above when they didn’t have to. I’m an AutoZone loyalist for life. 10/10 Recommend Thank you Anthony, Brian.

  Huge shoutout to Emmanuel! I came in with a dead car battery, and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He tested the battery, helped me pick out the right replacement, and installed it for me. Amazing customer service!
