- JCJosephine ContextualJun 22, 20251.0The worst customer service and false advertising I've experienced in my life! The company will list coupons online, on their website and refuse to honor them. I brought in a four dollar coupon found on their site that clearly listed it being used in store or online and the woman literally snapped and me and said "we don't do that". I challenged the representative showing her that the coupon clearly listed it could be used in store and online and also showed her the website which was attached to Advanced Auto parts. A manager had to come in because she was clearly meeting me with some aggressive overweight-no pun intended energy, and he gave me some BS stating you have to order it online and then pick it up and that could take 30 minutes to an hour. I will never be back, and I would encourage anyone else to bypass their overpriced products and obviously, miserable individuals. Maybe four bucks isn't a lot to them but I don't get paid minimum wage and get food stamps. I got to make ends meet and I need to eat. Unlike the woman at the front counter.
