- KLKristin Laursen4 days ago2.0There staff was friendly, but they didn’t have an oil filter in stock and had to run to an auto parts store. Between waiting in line and the parts run, I was there over an hour.
- ALAlex LisovichApr 24, 20261.0Worst service ever. It took me 1 hour to get oil changed. There was just one car ahead of me and it took the crew 35 minutes to change oil on that car and 25 minutes to change oil on mine. The reason? There are 3 stalls in there and just 3 crew members total plus a lady apprentice who they tried to train on customer cars. Half of the time they spent fixing that lady mistakes and explaing to her how to do things. When I asked them to stop explaining to her how to close the caps, measure the oil level etc on my car and just do the job they said they need her get trained on customers cars, period. Not on the customer cars, pretty please! Never again in that location.

The guys are so nice here and answer all questions you might have. I recommend googling a coupon beforehand because you can save up to $25 this month the $25 coupon ends 4/28 but they always have good coupons and you can have it text right to your phone. So if your in need of an oil change definitely go to the maple Grove location they're THE BEST!!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
