The attendant offered to call other locations to see if they had we needed. They found the filter at the Maple Grove location. I immediately went to that location. I waited in line only to find that they did have the filter needed, but not the oil. Then, they suggested that I go to the Roger’s location. He then came up with an alternative, he called auto zone to see if they had the oil needed in stock, then offered to send someone to go get it for me. About five minutes later, he came back saying that wasn’t something he was allowed to do. I immediately asked if I could just go grab the oil myself? I immediately did, came back with the oil to have my service done. I thanked everyone who helped me multiple times! It is very evident that this team cares about the customer experience. They are all so kind and friendly! Thinking outside the box to turn a negative into a positive! Thank you!!! You easily could’ve just turned me away. I know where I’m going for my future needs 😊

And now my car drives like it's brand new! These guys are amazing!! Not only was I having a really bad day personally, I also did not want to go and drop a bunch of money on my car. But they addressed my concerns, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! This was extremely convenient, they were personable, professional, and super courteous and nice. I don't know anything about cars, so I'm sure my questions and concerns sounded ridiculous to them. But they didn't act like I was being extra when I voiced my concerns.
