They stayed that they only had people to do only two oil changes instead of three. They were very rude, as they explained. I left after waiting an hour. Very poor customer service and no people skills at all

- DDDavid DouglasJan 1, 20262.0Used to be a loyal valvoline customer. Bought a 2024 Bronco Sport Badlands edition which has a pretty heavy duty skid plate. Had 3 oil changes at Valvoline. Each time they struggled with removing and re-installing the skid plate taking roughly 30 minutes to do so. On my last visit they damaged one of the bolts. Obviously they have a training issue because they don’t know how to remove Bronco Sport skid plates. I no longer have confidence needed to bring my vehicle there.

Very vexing . Valvoline DO BETTER 🗣🗣🗣😖😖😠!!!!
