  I’d like to share some feedback regarding the order in which vehicles are brought into service bays. When I arrived, two cars came in shortly after me. I should have been the next customer to enter an open bay, but instead a small SUV that arrived after me was taken ahead of my vehicle. Her oil change was fully completed before mine had even begun. Of the three vehicles that arrived close together — mine first, the small SUV second, and a pickup third — I was the last one to leave. This might seem like a small detail, but it was extremely frustrating and resulted in me being late to pick up my daughter from practice. Ensuring vehicles are serviced in the order they arrive would make the experience much smoother and more fair for customers. Thank you for taking the time to review this.

  Nate helped me out and was very nice and knowledgeable. Him, Davion, and whoever else did my oil change did a quick and thorough job. Cost about $74 for my small SUV oil change.

  Showed up at 5:40, they have 3 bays full and 2 cars outside. Said they couldn’t take me because they close at 6pm when it takes 15 min to do an oil change. By 5:50 they had both cars outside in the bays and a 3rd bay open. If I owned the store I’d be pissed for turning customers away when I could have been fit in. I certainly hope the owners sees this and looks who was manager on 2/7/26 Good remind of why it’s just easier to change my own oil, what a waste of a time.

  There were a lot of workers there, but most of them are standing around and talking. The 15 minute oil change took more like 45 minutes. Once they said they were finished with the oil change. I noticed that my fill washer fluid was still flashing and I noticed that they hadn't checked my tire pressure, so I asked them about. and said Please check my tires cause. I knew at least one of them was low and then I asked them why the windshield washer fluid said it was still empty and he said, oh I must have a leak in it. when I second questioned him, he said. Would you like me to check? And when he did, he said oh, it is empty and he filled it and I knew he hadn't filled it, cause I was watching him. the lady wanted to email me a receipt instead of printing one. And then she didn't bother even emailing me the receipt. when you pay over a $100 for an oil change. You would think you would get good service. i have used valvoline for years but I will never use this particular one again.
