Every time I go to this car wash I already know I’m only getting a light rise-off for my car because the team here is so consistently bad at their job. The amount of times I could have bugs on the front of my car and they’ll still be on by the end of the wash is so embarrassing. I’ll watch the team member hose down the car in front of me, do a great job, and then my car rolls up to get the lightest rinse they could do and it’s just so frustrating. If I go through a car wash that costs this much, why aren’t I getting consistent results? Why can I expect dirt to still be on my car every single time?

Told the guy that day that I was worried about micro scratches because my truck shows every mark. He GUARANTEED me that it wouldn’t be a problem. “I’ve got a charger that’s been through three hundred sum times, not a single micro scratch on it! We use a special Bristol type that makes it so you don’t have to worry about it!” A couple months later, with the warmer weather, I notice the entire body is covered in micro scratches from bumper to bumper. So not only did I spend $40 a month to cover my vehicle in scratches, I now also need to spend the time and money so that I can spend a full day buffing! Switching to fleet farm where the employees don’t lie to you and they have a touch free option!
