He arrived an hour early, and SMILED through the entire process. He was polite and considerate. When he finished, I went out to thank him and he was STILL smiling ear-to-ear! I commented on it and he said, he had the best job anywhere. He LOVED glass, loved driving around and meeting people. It was a full glass claim, and they put in a Hyundai windshield to replace. My car is a new 2025 with only had 6,000 miles on it so I was happy to see it was OEM.
- TBTravis BrownDec 27, 20251.0I went in there today to get a new windshield. When I left my windshield was cracked from the install. No big deal they showed me and said next window is on them. The part that did not make me happy was the technician walked all over my door jams with muddy boots and grease and left it! When I go back im gonna make sure they lay something down. I was shocked they didn't. And mind you my vehicle is very clean. I can't believe they returned my vehicle to me like that! 😔
- EEEmilyDec 23, 20251.0Dropped our truck off last night with the appointment being first thing this morning. Cannot get a hold of anyone and it’s almost the end of the day with no update. I’ve tried calling, the texting option, the online chat option and it all routes to the same automated voicemail that says to check online (where there are no options for communication or ETA). At this point my husband had to take our second vehicle to work and I am stranded at home and had to cancel my errands for the afternoon with no way to contact anyone at Safelite on whether our truck is done or even safe there.

The following day, received both a text and email confirmation of my appointment for the following day(Wed). Show up Wednesday and they don't have my appointment scheduled or the glass in stock. I was then questioned if I had my information correct. The condescending tone from the gentleman who first was helping me was as if I was in the wrong by being there at my scheduled appointment. Not a pleasant experience at all.
