- JMJames Magsayo5 days ago5.0Some states (MN) dont provide clean lint-free rags to wipe down the vehicle upon completion of the wash. It would be nice to clean off water spots on the glass. Nonetheless, service provided is always commendable no matter where in the US I use Misster. Thank you.
- NKNicole KNov 16, 20251.0Almost hit the people in front of me because their car stopped on the tracks, had to slam on my breaks in the middle in order to not hit them. The tracks never stopped so the truck behind me was touching my car. My car also did not dry at all so we went into the office to ask for towels to at least dry it but they said we had to pay for them or go through again. (after being hit) Do not recommend!!! Not to mention a family friend got rear ended in this car wash as well and they won’t do anything for the damages.

Super convenient — just pull up, the RFID sticker gets scanned, and you drive right in. Even when there’s a line, it moves fast. My truck always comes out clean, and the employees are consistently friendly and waving! After a wash today, I noticed a small piece of my antenna was missing and figured it must’ve spun off in the wash. I went back to check, not expecting much, but the staff went above and beyond! One employee immediately checked for it, another explained where it might’ve ended up, and both were super polite and apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault. When I finished vacuuming and was about to leave, an employee came running up — they’d found the missing piece! He even offered to remove it for me each time I come through. Outstanding service and great people. They could’ve easily brushed it off, but instead they went the extra mile. Highly recommend this location!
