- LRLogan R.Dec 24, 20251.0I've rented here probably 20+ times times never had a issue but I had a reservation for Xmas eve at 11 am to Jan 3rd Iade the reservation almost a month before I needed it. A premium crossover with awd. 2 days before I talked to the guy and he told me it was gunna be a Hyundai pallaside cool. I go there on xmas eve at 1010 and see if I can get it earlier. He said that guy isn't going to have it back until 1030 so I'd have to come back after 11. Cool no problem I say I'll be back... Came back at like 1103 I see the palisade parked out front I say I'm here for my rental some different guy did my check out and says he's putting me in a basic Ford escape. I was like no I got the palisade out there. He says no sorry that one is spoken for. I was like ah yeah ME! He goes in sorry I don't know what tell you. If you can come back at 5 I can try to get another car for you. I was like no I'm planning on leaving at 12 He was just like yeah I don't know I'm sorry! Now I get that they don't care if you get a car or not but that just leave me a little salty. Like cmon I made that reservation with plenty of notice. Don't make it my fault because you guys overbooked your fleet. And then do nothing. Absolutely nothing. So leave me without a vehicle and I have to take a 1200 mile road trip now on my leased car. Thanks enterprise

We couldn't bring everything we had planned on bringing, so we had to buy over 500 dollars worth of items once we got to the destination. To make it worse we had to throw away most of the things we purchased due to the lack of space in the SUV.
