Instead of taking the money from the old off the new one and having me cover the difference they had me purchase another battery for full price. They told me they submitted the request but after talking to customer service they never did. I am still struggling with them to get my money back I have gone in 2 times and this still isn't figured out. I'm about to return the second one and just go through another company for a battery.
