I was bracing myself for an expensive repair, but they buffed it out and had it looking like new about five minutes after I arrived. Free of charge. I couldn't have been happier. The whole place has a familiar, no frills, small town feel.

That and the quality of the repair work definitely softened the blow and made the ordeal more pleasant.
