  Jason is AMAZING. Got me in and out super quick and not only took care of everything I needed but even went above and beyond to show me how to put break fluid in(which they weren't able to do) and saved me money so I could just run down the road and fill it myself. The staff is honest and genuine. Thank you Jason and the crew at Lakeville Valvoline!

  Your employee is insane. Followed me screaming and yelling about being beeped at. The whole crew here stand around doing nothing. They claim there is no manager.

  Seems like everytime I go there to change my oil, the battery of my car dies and they tell me I need to replace it, and of course offers me a new one. Last time I was there it happened again and they told me they could not jump my car because they don't have a car battery anymore. I was told it was broken and the budget was small to get a new one. They told me they would pull my car outside and I would have to call someone. I said I have jumper cables in my car and again they told me they could not help me. Apparently is dangerous to jump car from another car. I had to call my husband and out of the blue they found somethings to jump my car. Also I asked twice to to have more windshield fluid and even in the invoice it shows it was added, but it was not. Never going back to this place again.

  On Sunday 3.22.26 I located a 50% off coupon for a conventional oil change and I sent my 16 year old off to get his first oil change at the the Valvoline Instant Oil Change location in Lakeville at 17505 Kenwood Trail. Upon arriving he showed the coupon to the representative. The representative told him that the last oil change was done in synthetic and that was what was required. And that the coupon was not valid for synthetic. The price went from $29 plus tax to $109, but the rep didn't tell him the price difference. Then they upsold him on a rear transfer fluid change for another $109 plus tax, but didn't tell him the price of that either. Said they researched car fax and that the rear transfer fluid hadn't been changed in a while, another $109 plus tax. When he got home he showed me the receipt, with a very somber look on his face, the bill was $229. I drove back down to the location and tried to explain what they did to a 16 year old was unethical and that I believed I was owed a refund. No remorse no refund. We live right around the corner from this location and would likely use their services again, not now. Maybe I should have taught my son that many mechanics will try and upsell to make more money. He knows that now and not to ever go back to Valvoline Instant Oil Change.
