Two months later, I took my car for service due to the engine light on, and found the transmission had not been serviced at all. I will not use their services again.

I had to take my car in to a mechanic and he stated that there was a tool left behind where my air conditioner water comes OUT of the car. There was a tool plugging up this area, so water was coming INSIDE my car. I am pretty sure this was left there from the oil change. This messed up the electronics in my car. I wouldn't suggest going to this location. They aren't as detailed on oil changes either. Last time I was there, my windshield washer fluid wasn't filled and I don't believe they even checked the air pressure of my tires. Also, they were in such a rush to get me out of there that I didn't even get a sticker to show when I needed an oil change next.
