I was charged nearly $60 even though I brought my own oil and filter. Additionally, the fluid top-offs—which are normally included—were not provided because they had run out. When I contacted them, they refused to offer a coupon for my next oil change. On a previous visit a few months ago, my air filter was not secured properly. I noticed it while driving on the highway, which could have led to serious engine problems if I hadn’t caught it. I returned to the branch, showed the employees, and they reinstalled it correctly. Valvoline corporate was very helpful and provided me with two free oil changes—thank you to them. However, personally, I would avoid this specific branch.

I even learned that they perform free install of small items such as cabin air filters. My service was completed in about 5 minutes with the whole exchange taking only about 10 minutes. I also only had to wait in line for about 3 minutes.

Went in yesterday and there was no wait, drove right it, but it was clear the staff were annoyed. They quickly did the oil change but nothing else. Other locations top off washer fluid, check tire air, blonkers etc. not here. My low tire pressure sensor was on and I had to ask for air and the gentleman with the glasses was visibly annoyed. I'd say if your looking for an oil change pick a different location.
