Was greeted by the desk rep on staff who could not have been nicer, more accommodating and just generally more pleasant. She took care of everyone and thanked everyone for their patience (remember, this is past closing time.) Renting a car is usually an absolute pain in the A, most of us probably do it at an airport.... But this was crazy good service with an exceptionally clean and "ready-to-go" car. Thanks !!
