  Went in asking for something comparable to a Toyota rav4 hybrid after getting in a total loss accident. Deal breakers were that it was a hybrid and reliable we were hard sold on a nissan rogue with Patrick telling us that it was basically a rav4 hybrid with a different brand and model name. While they make it seem like they are making the car buying process so easy and understandable they definitely care more about getting cars off their lot than they do getting people in cars that fit their personal needs. After driving the car for the weekend we realized the gas mileage was not even remotely close to what it was marketed to us as and upon doing research found out a nissan rogue actually has a notoriously unreliable transmission and most people who complain say their transmission shit out at 70k (rogue was sold to us at 64k). I feel lied to and taken advantage of with a smile on this man's face. I dont recommend and in addition revoked my recommendation to whomever I had given it to over the weekend. Returned the rogue monday will absolutely not be buying from them again.

  A special thanks to Fynn and Amy for helping with my car buying and exchanging process over the last two-weeks. Ultimately I financed a 2024 Nissan Rogue, my first ever AWD SUV. It is Fantastic!!! They both explained the financing process very clearly, they worked diligently with me to make sure the issues I did have ( not their fault), we re addressed to my complete satisfaction. Fynn and Amy went above and beyond what customer service is meant to be. I am exceedingly impressed with Enterprise car sales in Lake Elmo !! They re professional, courteous, friendly, and truly know how to treat people as not just a sale. I have highly recommended this dealership to friends!!!

  Madison was a huge part of the car purchase process as I bought a 2023 Nissan Altima! She made it a whole a lot easier for me looking through the cars that’s good for my lower down payment and straight forward to my needs. I would recommend going to this location as the whole staff here are going to help you get you what you need. I promise you this will be a satisfying experience, and they have great maintenance cars on their lot.
