  I’m giving three stars mainly because my mom bought a vehicle from Enterprise about five years ago and it’s been a great car. I worked with Elijah while searching for a vehicle and was very clear from the start that I was specifically looking for a Buick Enclave. I also explained that I wasn’t ready to come in right away due to anxiety after a car accident and because I was waiting on an insurance check, yet I felt pushed to keep scheduling appointments. Which is why I had to reschedule like six times. When I finally came in, the vehicle shown to me was not a Buick Enclave and did not match what I had asked for. Not only that after saying, I wasn’t interested in the car that I was being showed. He was still trying to sell it to me saying well you said you wanted this and this has that. Afterward, He said they had the Buicks I wanted but that they were sold because I had rescheduled my appointments, and that finding the vehicle I wanted within my budget was unrealistic. I later found and purchased exactly that vehicle elsewhere. The staff was friendly, but the experience felt pushy and ultimately wasted my time. And I just have a hard time understanding why Elijah would have me coming knowing they did not have what I wanted, especially since I literally asked before I came in if they have that and what I wanted. His words exactly yep, I got a few Buicks. I was so shocked at how unprofessional this man was acting I literally just stood up and walked out the door without saying a word. Again, I don’t want to make this a bad review on all of enterprise. I’ve been working with enterprise for years. My mom and my aunt have both bought vehicles from enterprise (amazing vehicles) and I’ve rented cars from them for road trips and a few collisions for years. Everybody’s been super nice and friendly, which is why I’ve worked with them so long.

  I was looking for a Ram pick up with certain options not very common in this area of Wisconsin. I spoke with Madison who was well informed and gave me very good information on some of the purchasing options. Madison was so friendly and pleasant to speak with. She kept looking for the truck I was looking for and didn't give up I finally found a vehicle in North Dakota from a private dealer. I informed Madison and even though she couldn't make the sale, she was very friendly and pleasant. Madison is a great asset to the Enterprise Company and I wish her future success in the company and vehicle sales. Thanks again for the pleasant and excellent service you provided to me.
