I had my oil changed at this location and they ran my oil plug in sideways and stripped it out. They claim they have cameras that show that didn’t happen but they wouldn’t show me the footage and they’re the only ones that changed oil on this truck. I had a third party mechanic repair it as oil was leaking out of my pan and valvoline wouldn’t call back. I brought the plug in and the manager said that was normal west and tear.

Long story short the girl guided me forward, and all of a sudden every crew member working is there with brooms, lifting my catalytic converter so I can leave the pit. I've gone to West Saint Paul a dozen times, with the same pit no ramp with no issues. Upon asking for help or accountability none was found. Thanks for giving me a wrench so I could at least get it off myself. 👌🥺 0/10 I'm not a Karen or outspoken person and they took advantage of this by not taking accountability for this situation.
