  This is the worst Pilot I’ve ever seen. You have to wait two hours just to take a shower. For some reason, all the showers are available, but the cleaner doesn’t bother to clean them, so you’re stuck waiting for two hours—even during non-busy hours.

  Worst gas station I've ever stopped at. 1. while I was at the pump the ticker charged up a full $1 before the gas even started pumping, I wish I had spent the time talking to manager about this but I just didn't want to deal with it. 2. I checked my bank account later when I got home, in addition to the $35 gas that I actually bought this gas station put a second $151 charge as a verification of funds. I called my bank to confirm and they say "this is just to check I have enough money and will drop", so pilot needs to charge me $151 and mess with my credit line just to check that I have enough money to buy $35 worth of gas? Never again will I stop here.

  My view to enhance this location, not to complain. It looks like a kidnapped territory from the whole pilot system, you can consider this location as their bugs on the system and corporate providing the tools and equipment, but the issue with the people ignore to a line with the standard

  It’s a little rough around the edges. I’m not gonna lie, but I think it’s more so your experience depends on what time you get here and who’s on staff the night shift seems like they literally picked somebody up from the street and gave them a uniform but the morning crew seems like you’re regular pilot employees friendly ,courteous, and actually doing their job

  I want to formally report the extremely poor and unacceptable conditions at this location. The parking area is dirty, poorly maintained, and gives a very bad impression from the moment you arrive. Inside, the situation is even worse. The laundry area is disorganized, dirty, and not properly cleaned. The showers are in terrible condition — the walls are stained, there is visible dirt buildup, rust on fixtures, and an overall lack of sanitation. The benches, drains, and surfaces clearly have not been maintained properly. Additionally, the general presentation of the employees reflects a lack of professionalism and care for the facility. It feels neglected and not managed with the standards that drivers expect and deserve. This location is honestly one of the worst I have visited. It is uncomfortable, unsanitary, and not acceptable for customers who rely on these services daily. I strongly urge management and ownership to take immediate action to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and overall standards at this facility. Drivers deserve a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
