- DFdeangelo flagg5 days ago1.0The so called Manager Ethan charged for card without my consent for days I have already talked to customer service and paid to extend. He then told me that they don’t communicate with customer service. You mean to tell me there are recorded calls that you can’t verify I talked and paid to it only by your system. Then proceed to tell me I am being punish for not calling him to extend it. This is the second location who is punishing me for not calling them directly to extend it. He also told me if you want to sure go ahead well thank you for letting me know I can sue if I want too. All calls are recorder and trust me you don’t want me to sue. I will get back 1000 time or more back from what you stole from me. I am plus membership and a black man. It’s seems like since I am black and spending money people think they can take from you. Trust me I will be calling a lawyer and they only way to make it right if he is fried other than that see you in court. You will not steal from me at all and think you can get away it. Calls are recorded just remember that and it will show I called to extend it and was charged what customer aervice charged me and the amount was told on the phone while being recorded. I better get an extended apology when it comes out I am right and he needs to be fired period. He is worst manager and unprofessional. How are you a manager and don’t communicate with corporate or customer service. He is Ben told me he was the general manager which was a lie.

Anders and Ethan went above and beyond to help me through a challenging post-collision journey. Besides kind and informative customer care, they have a clean welcoming office and impeccably maintained vehicles. In addition, they coordinate with Inver Grove Collision to make returning the rental car easy. I highly recommend Enterprise IGH!
