  I wish I didn’t have to write this review however, I purchased a used Pop up camper on a consignment sale from here in November 2025. As of late March 2026, I still have yet to receive a clean title which obviously prevents me from registering the trailer to get a license plate. I have contacted the company several times and have gotten nowhere. Just claims that they are “working on it” . I have been forced to contact the DMV to file a complaint and it looks like the next step is to file a claim With the bond company to force the dealer to pay off the seller’s lien. I went through a dealer in hopes to avoid this kind of situation but here we are. I will never do business with this place again and have started spreading the word regarding my experience. Super unfortunate experience, very disappointing.

  This is a great place to both buy an RV-- and also get good service. There was a small problem after I had some service done, and they addressed it right away, admitted the mistake and fixed it. Great staff and great customer service attitude.

  Could not be happier with our purchase! We had some complications but our guy Moose went above and beyond to make this happen for us! If you’re looking for a new camper head on over and ask for Moose, if anyone can make it happen he can!

  Not a big fan of CW, they seem pushy on everything. You ask the sale person a question, and she just goes, that's a good question, I don't know. Why didn't she find out? My wife and I both didn't care for our sale person addatude. They have a wide selection of campers, one should find something that works for them. But the pushy wasn't appreciated. Luckily for us we pushed back, and got what we wanted. And the last part we didn't like was, when we picked up the camper, we had a 9 am appointment. We got there by 9, a vary nice gentleman showed us everything, answers all of our questions (that's why they are getting 2 stars, without him I would give them 0), took us in to sined paperwork, we waited almost or just over an hour. Why give us a 9 am appointment, but not take us in until 10:15? On the way out our sales person seemed little upset, not a goodbye have a great time with the new camper or anything. We went to hook up, the same service man who helped us earlier came out to help, again vary nice, and we left. On the way out we was thinking, why have that guy come out twice? Why not go in, do the paperwork, then the outside part? Or do everything outside at once, then paperwork? To save that gentleman's time. Long story short, this is our second camper from CW, first one from little Falls, then Hugo, wasn'thappywitheither or. Definitely please everyone stay away from good sam, it isn't good. Just costly. And if one can, don't be afraid to look at other camper places.

  We bought our new Forest River trailer from an RV show in Minneapolis and it was delivered to the Hugo Forest River location for us to pick up. Everyone from the finance department, trailer technicians, parts department to the guy who installed our hitch were very helpful and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend!
