They sold us on the extended warranty service plan and told us to make sure everything works because we bought it in the winter and told us that we could cancel it at any time but to cancel it. You have to call them to get the paperwork started, and they will not return any calls or messages. We have tried calling every day for two weeks with no response back from the people that need to get the paperwork started for us. Very disappointed in after the sale service from this place!
