  New Life for an Old Pickup! I just picked up my 2004 F150 and it looks like new. Everything was as I had envisioned and even better, not to mention the truck was shined up and clean inside and out. My fenders had rusted out so the covers I put on years ago couldn't stay put. They gave my old truck new life. Chad and Ann were great to work with from the estimate to pick up. They even discovered a backup light was out and fixed that! I highly recommend driving out of your way if you need to.

  I’ve now used Automotive Reflections twice, and both times they were absolutely fantastic to work with. The first time was actually right after I bought my brand-new car. I had just left the dealership and had only 19 miles on it when I hit a deer. It was such a frustrating situation, but the team at Automotive Reflections made the whole process so much easier. They did excellent work and treated my brand-new car with the care it deserved. Most recently I needed their help again, and they were just as great. They were very helpful working with my insurance company and made sure the repairs were done properly with quality parts, not shortcuts. They communicated well, were very accommodating, and made everything as smooth as possible. One thing I really appreciated is that they truly look out for their customers. Just a reminder to anyone dealing with an insurance claim — your insurance company cannot require you to use a specific body shop. You have the right to choose where your car is repaired, and I would absolutely choose Automotive Reflections again. Highly recommend them if you want honest people who do great work and stand behind it.

  I am very late on writing this review but wanted to take the time to do it so I can tell all of you how amazing automotive reflections is! I was rear-ended at a stoplight and definitely in shock and all over the place. I was recommended automotive reflections by a friend and took the trip out to Hugo. From the moment I got there, they were friendly, honest, and walked me through everything. They took something that was a stressful situation and turned it into a super positive one. I cannot even tell that my car was in an accident they did such a great job on bringing my car back to new. I was so shocked when I went to pick up the car and they had cleared the interior for me - I hadn't seen my car that clean in a while thanks to my dog. Honestly, if you are looking for a place with friendly staff, who care about making your experience a great one, that do amazing work - this is your place.
