  Made a reservation a week in advance at the Hopkins location at noon on Saturday, received courtesy call a few days prior to confirm the reservation. Guess what... they close at noon on Saturdays. Me and another gentleman were left standing outside locked doors calling for support. Bad!!!

  Fantastic and friendly service. Stayed open late for me to pick up a car since I couldnt get there by the time they originally closed.

  Had a wonderful expierence with Enterprise in Hopkins! Matthew was fantastic and made the process of picking up & dropping off the car effortless. He also helped me get in connection with the Burnsville location who sells cars! Ill always use Enterprise for any car rental company I need in the future. Thanks Matthew, you were great!

  My whole experience was wonderful! The guy who picked me up from the dealership was friendly, Matthew at the front desk at Enterprise was friendly and informative. He explained everything fully and patiently. He did not rush me or pressure me into extra insurance. Sam, who I talked with on the phone to close out my contract was friendly and helpful as well. He went over everything with me to make sure we were on the same page. I am very happy with my experience at Enterprise!
