The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that I was quoted $440 for a new battery only to find out it only cost $260. I was told that installation was free so this number didn’t make sense. Considering the coolant replacement was an unexpected expense, I was really alarmed by the price of the battery. I went right to the place where they source their parts from and purchased it for the appropriate amount and brought it back a few days later. The following experience made me tempted to go for a full five stars!! When I came back and explained the situation I was given incredible service!! They went to put the battery in only to find that I was mistakenly given the wrong one. The guy went down to the auto parts store HIMSELF to get the right one and not only did he not have me pay the difference for the more expensive battery, but I left without paying anything at all for the install which was a huge relief. Everyone was so nice and helpful and they clearly work hard despite how cold it gets in that garage!! If it weren’t for my second experience this would have been a very different review. I will be going back!!
