    4 people in line took about an hour to get their cars this morning. The guy here was doing his best but operations seemed understaffed and the tech he was working with was slow. When I came to return the car there was a woman here who couldn't get her reserved vehicle because someone had called in sick and they had no replacement. Seems like this location is stretched pretty thin.

    Enterprise is very accommodating and so helpful. They go out of their way to make the experience a positive one. They try to get exactly the car you want and the cars are so clean! Everything is done in a timely manner and no waiting.
