The guy here was doing his best but operations seemed understaffed and the tech he was working with was slow. When I came to return the car there was a woman here who couldn't get her reserved vehicle because someone had called in sick and they had no replacement. Seems like this location is stretched pretty thin.
- RKRobert KingDec 30, 20181.0I'm fairly easy going but when it comes to safety issues there is no excuse. Reserved a mid size once at the location they said that all they had was a compact. It was in the rental agreement that we we're driving to Minneapolis the tires were bald the cars had not been cleaned and the wiper fluid was frozen. All this after the two days of straight snow. The response was "this is all we have" then showed these to the turn in location as well as ten other photos. Their response was well here have a free upgrade on your next rental. I won't be using it or renting from this chain again
