  Today i went in for an oil change. I was outside waiting to get in took 20 minutes to get in. This was fine guy working said they were under staffed wich was easy to see said someone would be there soon. I said fine. 20 more minutes goes by he comes back to sign me in and i hand him my coupon for my oil change. He tells me they dont carry my oil for the coupon. Mind you i have been going to this shop for years. I asked why that was. He tells me they dont carry conventional oil at that location. I asked if there was anything he could offer for other types of oil he said not without a different coupon. So now its been 50 minutes no oil change very disappointing.

  Not happy they don’t have conventional oil. Told me I have to go to trinity location to get that and that they no longer carry conventional.. weird your website still shows it. When I questioned it the kid got an attitude then only checked my air filter and nothing more. Will not go back to this location. The receipt shows I got 6 qts included in the oil change but yet I was charged for extra oil when my vehicle only holds 6.. scams!! They just don’t want to honor any coupons so make up charging fees elsewhere when you use one.

  Such kind gentleman you have working this morning. The young man working on my car must be training. The words of encouragement and teaching from the fellow coworkers was so nice to hear. Keep up the great work!

  They had a mess going waiting for a part for another job had everyone back out of line and rearranged. I ended up 3rd behind vehicals that came after I did pointed it out prior to the rearranging so ended up 40 min waiting for what should have been a quick oil change .
