- KNKathy NelsonSep 1, 20201.0Attitude on the phone when asked about procedure removing old windshield, stated I have more year experience than you. When I picked up the windshield it looked great until I inspected it closer at home and noticed the outer gasket they used was actually suppose to be the inner gasket. Outer gasket not suppose to have a seam. I actually supplied inner and outer gasket that they did not use. They never installed a inner gasket and left the sharp metal frame showing. Not as knowledgeable as he claimed to be. I went with the price and it bit me. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to deal with attitude.
