- SSSherry SievertAug 26, 20245.0This program has now lied to me twice regarding the system. They initially quoted me $116.00 monthly with no hidden fees. I have yet to pay this amount. They actually charge me 136.00 a month and when I called them to dispute they stated I was given the wrong amount due to additional fees. Then, when my car broke down it was an automatic "lockout" because my battery died. They charged me 81.00 for this (at least that's what they said) and when I called to explain what happened they informed me to get it recalibrated immediately and they would take the charge off. I did as requested and called them and they stated they can't take it off. When I told them that I am limited income as I am on social security they stated I didn't have to pay it right now and I stated that because I have a drs. appointment coming up I would have to pay them next month and they stated it was okay. However, today I checked my account as I have that Drs. appointment and they took the money out anyway therefore I cannot make my appointment. I have had nothing but problems with intoxilock. And rather than take out the $81.00 I was quoted they took another $10.00 so they took out 91.00. This program just does want they want and there is no accountability by anyone or an company that is monitoring them!
