  Title: Beautiful Facility, Totally Unacceptable Service, and Physical Damage ​The car wash itself is new and visually appealing. I purchased an unlimited yearly membership today. My excitement quickly turned to deep disappointment during my first visit when attempting to receive my required R.F.I.D. tag. ​I approached two staff members for assistance. Neither offered a smile nor a welcoming greeting. The experience was made significantly worse by their conduct: ​One staff member smirked at me throughout the entire interaction. ​Both made comments about my passenger, who has special needs, asking loudly, "What is that noise? What is that?" when I was clearly sitting right there. ​The taller staff member then demanded my cell phone to view the app, saying, "Can I see your phone?" without any "please," a smile, or assurance or reassurance. He kept my phone for at least 5 minutes.I could not tell what he was looking at or going through.And i'm not in the habit of handing over my personal device. ​While attempting to place the R.F.I.D. tag on my windshield, the employee tried to apply it in a spot that clearly obstructed my view. When I pointed this out, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake—just a firm statement of employees must apply these stickers only.. This lack of attention to detail and customer safety was frustrating and contributed further to the poor interaction. ​I was never thanked for my significant purchase. Instead, I left feeling completely embarrassed and humiliated. ​To compound this terrible service experience, the wash itself was completely ineffective. My car is still dirty, the ice was not removed, and worst of all, the equipment bent my license plate. This is unacceptable damage for a premium service. I have included the photos in this review. ​At my age, this level of poor treatment and failure on a first visit is a major red flag for the entire year I've prepaid for. This location's staff demonstrated a profound lack of professionalism and basic customer service. I received absolutely none of the exceptional service one expects—only humiliation and physical damage to my vehicle. :(

  Good drive thru carwash with decent prices, especially for the membership where you can go through up to twice a day every day throughout the month! The vacuums should definitely have better attachments, though. It would also be nice if their available rags were better stocked so that they wouldn’t freeze/get hard during the colder months. Otherwise, this is probably the most economical choice for a carwash in Grand Rapids.

  In the past this was a good value. Recently the wash is terrible. It doesn’t clean my truck very good at all. When I go through it doesn’t rinse thoroughly leaving soap on the paint and windows. Several vacuums don’t work, no towels to wipe the soap off of the finish. I bought a membership and when I went to use it the windshield tag didn’t scan. When I talked to the manager about it he told me to get a statement from the bank to prove I bought it. When I brought the statement to him he still didn’t believe me. He was a total jerk and should not be in a management position. I had to call corporate to get my membership straightened out, something that could have been handled locally at the Grand Rapids mn location. As it turns out I got screwed out of about one weeks worth of washes which I was never reimbursed for. My advice is to stay as far away from the Grand Rapids Mn zips car wash as possible.

  Nice car wash, absolutely great customer service, and super friendly. Like that, I can even clean the entire interior of the car as well.
