Been taking my work van here for almost 200,000 miles and today some guy gives attitude saying he didn't Wana do service because the van has a tick, which it's had for over 100,000 miles and when I asked for a manager he said we don't have managers I'm the closest to a manager. Absolutely rude and gives me the finger as I drove off to the next Valvoline. Screw this place if this is how you treat customers for your over priced oil changes.

I waited for about forty five minutes.Just for them to tell me, they don't have conventional oil.They were unwilling to remedy the fact that they made me wait for no reason. The manager on duty said there is nobody else to report to that.He is the only one that deals with things.And he was unwilling to remedy the situation. Extremely disappointed.I wish my time sitting here.My time is valuable.

I pulled up today and there were two cars, one in each bay. After waiting 15 minutes they had me pull into Bay 2 behind another car. Then I waited another 15 minutes. In the meantime, they let two cars behind me into the other bays adjacent to me and started working on them right away. I waited for 35 minutes just to be checked in and then once I was, staff members came and went. Once I finally got to being seen the went through everything and then I paid and had to wait for them to fill my tires. They filled the tires and then never came by again to close the hood of my car or to have a final check off before leaving. It was another 15 minutes before a crew member came by and asked why I was still sitting here. I understand being busy or understaffed but this was ridiculous, just neglect to myself and my vehicle and I was there for an hour and a half.

Brought my Jeep in, they told me my license plate light was out so they could replace it. However, they put the wrong bulb in, which ended up causing so many issues. The light stayed on and kept beeping at me. When i went back to see if they could fix it, he tried for all of 10 minutes and then told me, he didn't know why it was happening, there was nothing he could do and repeatedly told me it was the correct bulb. Showing they don't actually know what they are doing. I will never be going back here. The customer service was awful and while I was there the first time, the communication with what was happening wasn't good either.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service here at the Golden Valley location. At the new Hope location, when they were out of the conventional oil (every Valvoline seems to always be out of conventional oil since last year) they gave me the synthetic blend for the conventional oil price because it wasn’t my fault they were out of conventional oil. Golden Valley location couldn’t do that for me, so I ended up wasting my time before work and not able to get an oil change! Such a bummer that they weren’t more helpful and willing to accommodate for their issue of not having the conventional oil. His response was “there’s not much we can do for that.” Highly recommend New Hope location; they are accommodating and friendly, especially when it’s not the customer‘s fault for them being out of conventional oil *all the time*.
