- CHcece hofbauerApr 28, 20265.0brought my jeep in to get an oil change today and i have to shout out the entire team for their excellent service!! javon, ramsey, biplap, poncho, laltigus and one other guy i unfortunately didn’t get the name of (receipt says david/earl). they were all super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they were doing. as a younger woman sometimes auto shops can be super intimidating but i’ve never felt more comfortable and welcomed! super affordable pricing and i was in/out in less than 20 minutes. definitely will be returning to this specific location plus this was my first time coming to any jiffy lube.
- JDjack dotyApr 28, 20261.0One star pending your follow up: Hello, My wife had the oil changed in our minivan the other day, I just saw the hood and noticed some obvious damage. The hood is bent and damaged, the damage spot on the outside is exactly where the hood brace hole is on the inside. It looks like someone used a tool to hold the hood up, forgot it was there and tried to slam the lid closed. Causing both damage to the hood in that spot, and bending the hood. This was not there before your company serviced the vehicles. I will get an estimate from a repair shop for this and submit it to you for repair. If you have video of your bays please pull it for the time you worked on our vehicle to confirm who did the damage. Again this damage is obvious and was not there before she took it in for an oil change. This is obvious damage and I would have seen it if it were there. I do have photos of the bent and damaged hood. I did call the location, explained what happened and was told the manager would call me, that hasn’t happened.
