  Gerber assessed my car after I had been rear-ended. I want to commend them for being extremely empathetic, kind, and communicative during the entire process. Elizabeth was straightforward and clear in her explanation of the steps they take to create an estimate, and how they work with insurance (Progressive). Having to go through this process is always a hassle, but they helped to make it easier.

  We came in for a minor auto body issue. They fixed it while we waited within 30 minutes when we were prepared for it to take much longer. Other places would have gouged us for a similar job. We were pleasantly surprised not just with their generosity with the pricing, but also their work. Scott was great! We highly recommend them and will go back if we need auto body work in the future.

  I wasn't familiar with Gerber Collision Repair, so I took a chance on them and was I ever glad I did. Exceptional service! Taking calls at the front desk was Jennifer who was pleasant, helpful and prompt. Scott came out to assess the damage and gave an estimated time of repair with no promises and the car was done in a timely manner. Scott and Jennifer kept us informed throughout the process. Plus, they even cleaned the inside of my car when it was complete. My wife brought her car to them a month later and their exceptional service was repeated. We both thought their final repair cost was very reasonable. Thank you, Golden Valley Gerber Collision team! You are champs in our book!

  This is the worst shop I have ever had the displeasure of using. They kept my vehicle for 6 weeks, told me it would take a week and a half. When I picked it up it was missing emblems and badges. It had incorrect badging on the hood. Loose hood hinge bolts. Every time you pop the hood the hood shifts. It came back missing skid plate bolts, loose or missing bolts that attach the rock sliders. All of the clips for rubber hood gasket broken or missing. Overspray in door wells. I paid for all of that to be fixed. Its now going to another shop to fix all the stuff Gerber didn't but charged me for. I would never bring my vehicle if you value your car like I value mine. American Family Claim#01-008-293884 filed November of 2024. Made multiple trips back to have badges and emblems replaced, Hood hingebolts tightened, the missing loose bolts/parts for skid plates/rock sliders weren't discovered until a few months later after weeks of rattling/scraping noises made me check underneath. Missing 3 bolts on skid plates. plus countless loose ones elsewhere up front and along the rock sliders.

  i had a wonderful experience at this Gerber location! the staff is very friendly and provided me with thorough, transparent communication throughout the entire repair process. they replaced my entire bumper in just two days and my car looks excellent. they even cleaned my car inside & out which was the cherry on top!
