  I have gone to various Valvolines for years. I always trust the professionals, so I do rely on them to tell me what I need. This particular location is my first time, and they have not disappointed. The main person, Ace, that I’ve been talking to has been efficient, informative, and professional. I also love their two car at a time system for even better and faster service. They have been super helpful in cross checking all the points of service, not all locations do this well, so I find that notable to mention.

  I have used Valvoline for my oil changes for many years and never have I had anyone check on the Cabin air filter. I imagine it is not a fun task to be performed since they needed to access it through my glove box in my Jeep but Samantha was the first to complete this task and I felt very comfortable with their knowledge of dismantling and replacing. I myself had no idea this was something that should be checked and while the price seemed steep for a small filter, I feel better knowing it had finally been looked at (as I mentioned) since no one had taken on the task before at other Valvoline locations. Thank you for thinking of my air quality and doing the job i feel most didn’t bother to complete because of the hassle. Samantha and her team were great getting everything changed. This is my new go to location.

  Had to ask them to check my lights and tire pressure. They seem like they are in a hurry and there is literally no one here.

  The team at Golden Valley Valvoline is exceptionally kind, positive, professional, and educational. I appreciate how they respectfully recommend services needed without excessive pressure. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Valvoline!
