    THE BEST VALVOLINE TEAM!!!! I was having the absolute worst day and these guys were so kind, helpful, and answered all my questions. They also pointed out that my tire was punctured and filled it up as best they could so that I could get out of there. Shoutout to CORY, ADIL, SAMANTHA, AND JONAS! They went above and beyond and even discounted the cabin filter replacements I got as well.

    On 12/15/25 I went to one location, and they said they were out of conventional motor oil. (Which my car calls for.) So, I went to a second location, and they didn't have my oil filter. On this visit, 12/29/25, I went back, and both locations didn't have conventional motor oil. They said they "Still" didn't have it. Like they have been out the whole time, not ran out again. How does Valvoline run out of oil?

    I always have competent and pleasant people at this shop, so I went today and Ace, manager par excellence, gave me such incredible service. He made my brake lights work again for free and gave me some good advice about engine oil quality and how my car, a 2013 Veloster, is tricky to change the transmission fluid because it is a sealed system and needs a special tool, so no Valvoline shops can perform the service.
