I had a great experience with Craig Schow at Borton Volvo. He was honest, made the process easy, and would highly recommend him.

My spouse purchased a recharge from Susan two years ago. This week, a driver blew a stop, hit our Volvo, passenger side—front and rear quarter panels, both door panels, side curtain air bag went off. Within seconds of the collision, a voice came over the internal speakers inquiring about my health. The XC90 was a little tank on the outside and a kind abuela on the inside, protecting me. Volvo for life. Yeah, we will be back.

If you're looking for a service center to waste your time, take multiple visits to fix issues, and filled with rude service advisors and manager, look no further!! If I could rate it -3 stars, I would 5 times over. I've been having headache after headache getting my Polestar 2 serviced here (they are THE Polestar service center for the area.) Every single advisor, minus Rachel (she was awesome) has been rude, opinionated, and questions your concerns as if they drive your car themselves. I have owned my Polestar for under a year and 3 SEPERATE TIMES it has taken multiple visits for them to even address or fix my issues. That doesn't include the other 5-6 times its been in for other services. Just 2 weeks ago I had an issue with a seat sensor, while they took 3 hours to look into it, I was told by Brian "its normal" and "its weather dependent" and "its working as intended" all within 5 minutes while I referenced the manual stating otherwise. At the end he said "what do you mean me to do about it" as if he engineered the car himself and knew more than the customer facing user manual. Luckily, they then tried to reset the battery, reset another battery, no luck. They sent me on my way after doing a 1:1 comparison with the manager, Brett, and showing his eyes that my car was absolutely not correct he finally told me to make a new appointment to leave it with them. More on him later. A few weeks go by and it goes back in. This time overnight. The first full day they never even touched it. Second day they're done with it by 8:54am (they tinkered with it for less than an hour) and called me saying it was done and operating as explained. Great. The invoice stated they reset a module and it operates as intended with a, supposed, explanation of how it worked after their fix which is exactly how the manual and how it worked prior to my issues. I stopped into the actual Polestar dealer next door and spoke with Max about my issue. Unlike Borton, he sat me down and talked about the issue. Taking notes, doing his own research, and coming up with likely causes. All of which point to my original diagnosis, the seat sensor itself. To this day, I've been told its countless other things besides that. I go to pick it up and once I sit down in it, I INSTANTLY knew it wasn't right. For fun, I did EACTLY what the invoice stated to replicate their results and, of course, didn't work. I turned right around and Brian tested it himself and verified my issue. Gave me some explanation that its some front camera issue, which isn't even connected to the Usage Modes of the car, and asked to keep the car again. Gave me my loaner back and I was out the door an hour after picking up my "fixed car" with another loaner. The pure fact it sat in their lot for 2 days, had 45 minutes of work done, and I was able to see the issue remained within 15 seconds is embarrassing. Completely unacceptable. Now onto Brett, the service manager. If you enjoy your transmission, don't let him drive your car. I asked him to drive with me on multiple test drives to show him the issues (that they claim they couldn't find) and he drives customer cars like he stole them. I swear, he was out of the car before it comes to a stop. SLAMS the car into park and drives it the second he sits down with no ease of the pedal. Don't even ask for a manager, he clearly doesn't have time to support his staff or customers. With all my heart, please do not service your cars here. You will have nothing but headaches. Once I get my Polestar back, I am selling it and never looking at Volvo or Polestar again. The people (again, not Rachel) have single handedly drove me away from the brand for a very long time. I truly hope Volvo corporate reads these reviews and looks into this center. Corporate, you know how to contact me. You should be ashamed of letting Borton run with your name on the wall.

The whole process was super easy! I completed the application online and was approved. Gretchen is an awesome person who helped me through every step. By the time I arrived, they were already prepared and had the exact car I wanted ready for a test drive. Gretchen was honest, straightforward, and no BS — which I really appreciated. Highly recommend! Gretchen was absolutely amazing! She got me into the nicest car that checked every box on my list — and honestly *exceeded* my expectations. She worked with me on the down payment and even got my monthly payments lower than I expected. She truly went above and beyond. I walked out of the dealership beyond pleased and haven’t stopped smiling since! Huge thanks to Gretchen and the whole team at Borton Volvo for everything you do!
