He explained everything thoroughly and even came over to show me how to use the free vacuum after the wash. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because the girl working inside only sprayed 1 side of my car before I was moved forward to the wash.

When attendant did come outside, her slow saunter to the car was a clear indication of her lack of interest in serving customers. Furthermore, there was no apology for the amount of time we had to wait. Poorly done.
