- QCQuincy ChromyMar 30, 20261.0Your services were recently down when I tried to have it calibrated, so I took it in to Sighn Towing LLC, who could not get in contact with you, so they gave me an extension period to tommorrow the 31st of march 2026, over the weekend you changed my calibration date to the 29th so I am locked out now, due to your services being spotty, your online team could not connect to my device for the couple hour extension, now I have to but the bill for a $130 dollar tow to my calibration station, your phone team told me “oops sorry you’ll just have to call for a tow” so now here I am having done as directed, but thanks to you all not having your business in order I have to get penalized? I must say this is very unprofessional and the fact that it costs me extra money on top of paying for a device that is in inconvenience already is pretty awful when I only use my car for going to work. I just hope you know that it just seems like a lack of accountability which you apparently just don’t care about because you are still getting paid… thanks for really “caring for the customer”
