That day I used my washers and it was empty. I called to tell them about it. I got put on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. I had been going there regularly for 6 years. Also, they neglected to give me a new windshield sticker for next oil change. Poor service. I waited about an hour. It was busy, I get it. No excuse for the rest of it though.

They refused to let other people in line know this information because they are “busy”. I left. I then called the number for this location listed on google a week later to confirm if they have the required oil and they said they do. When I arrived at the location they said they don’t have the conventional oil for my vehicle even though I called less than 5min before arriving. This whole store feels like a scam. I asked them to put air in my tires and they said both air pumps are not working. They neglected to inform me of this information prior to changing my oil so I was stuck. They didn’t not check my air filter, my lights, my battery, NOTHING! I asked to talk to a manger and Willie claimed to be a manager. He had a bad attitude and seemed to by lying. If he wasn’t lying I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND re-evaluating who you place in management positions as his over all attitude was unacceptable. The store as a whole could use a lot of work!! AVOID! AVOID!AVOID! - the coin rapids location is 100 times better!

He completely disregarded my request, continued to mumble, and maintained a visibly irritated and rude demeanor throughout the entire interaction. There was zero professionalism or empathy shown, which is unacceptable when a customer is asking for a basic communication accommodation. Dishonest/Inaccurate Service Diagnosis: I also requested that the brake light on my vehicle be replaced as I knew it was out. The technician told me that there was "nothing wrong with it" and refused to replace it. Thankfully, a neighbor was able to replace the brake light for me immediately after I got home, proving the technician was either incompetent or simply unwilling to perform the service. This location failed on two critical counts: customer service/accessibility and basic technical competency. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
