Not ever going back there again found another body shop to take care of it. Please don’t respond to my reviews. I served 21 years in the army. I didn’t ask you for a review. I know when I do a good job. I don’t need somebody to Write a review on the work I do either. You know you did a good job or you didn’t in this case you did not. Send another email and we will see what happens. I wasn’t a cook or a Truck driver

The team is incredibly friendly, communicative, and thorough in the jobs that they do. I got my car back five days earlier than promised and it looked amazing! They thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside which was a pleasant surprise! I had a wonderful experience here and I’m sure you will too!
- IBInvisible BlackApr 19, 20241.0I haven't had my vehicle repaired through Gerber yet. The problem is that Gerber seems to be in the business of over-promising and under-delivering. Their printed brochure as well as their website says that a customer has the option of financing the insurance deductible, interest free for six months. However, if you call to inquire about the program no one knows anything about this option. They promise to " look into it" and call back. That doesn't happen. I waited a full week to hear back from Gerber. I didn't hear back from anyone. When I called I was told that the matter had been escalated to upper management. But, the program hasn't been implemented as of the time of this review. I believe this is a matter of putting the cart before the horse. Not sure if either the cart or the horse can be trusted. Very disappointing.
