  I can’t say enough good things about Forest Lake Valvoline. They have the most caring people working there. I have a very rare oil required after my engine was recalled and it was an adventure to find. Dylan, Robby and Dennis were all amazing. Between calling around and running to the dealership to pick it up and getting everything else checked, they are definitely some of the best. Thank you isn’t enough!

  Girlfriend went in for an oil change on 02-21-26 since I was out of town for work. The manager was hitting on my 20 year old girlfriend over and over again. Saying how pretty her eyes are and asking very personal questions. He kept going on in on even after she clearly stated she had a boyfriend. She texted me while this was happening so I called her. Then he proceeded to ask “who’s on the phone is it your boyfriend?” Terrible customer service she felt gross after leaving. Let alone the fact that they charged her $160 for a simple oil change. Just oil and an oil filter: no cabin filter nothing. Criminal, do not let anyone you know go here. Go to a trusted shop not some place that hires people with criminal records. Watch out for Dylan!

  My technicians were very friendly and courteous! My oil change was performed within the timeframe given while I was waiting, which wasn't very long. Pricing was transparent, so there were no surprise charges. I had a great experience, and will definitely be returning for my next oil change.

  Not my experience but I was with a friend of mine, she doesn’t want her name out there but one of the managers, Dylan, was consistently flirting with her. Not doing this job and was yelling at another employee who was working on another car to finish my friends up. Dylan made my friend extremely uncomfortable, also tried selling her an air filter when we had just put a new one in there a day prior...claiming hers was pretty clogged. She was up to maintenance on her cabin air filter and wind shield wipers which then again, he tried to claim she needed new ones. Everyone out there make sure you ask to see your “clogged” filters and so called “worn out” windshield wipers. I’m a mechanic and I normally do all the maintenance on my friends car but this was the only time she’s been to a fast lube place. One thing he also tried doing was up-charging a transmission flush. Again, not my experience but my friends. Thank you for your time.
