Denny was VERY considerate of my difficulties and assisted with the multiple delays in completing my purchase of one of his trailers. I cannot speak highly enough of his positive attitude and consistent helpful nature. A great guy. As for the trailer itself it is fabulous. It does everything that I thought it would, i.e. pulls very easy, stable, holds a lot, extremely versatile, etc. Everybody who has seen my trailer speaks positively of it, one person saying he wished he knew of it before he purchased his own. I highly recommend Remackle Trailers for both the product they provide and the great customer attitude and assistance.

I heard a lot of good things about Remackel from a lot of canoe experts. I just picked up a 4 canoe trailer. I didn't think a trailer could be beautiful, but this thing is gorgeous. When I reached out to these folks, I got an immediate response. Very professional service and such a willingness to help us in any way. The paperwork on getting something like this shipped across the country is no small feat and Remackel Trailers not only had no issue dealing with such, but was very fast. The trailer arrived as a kit but it would take even the most novice individual no more than an hour to assemble. This trailer is also far above any expectation we had. It is a rigid, sturdy, well-built unit obviously assembled by true craftsmen. If ever we are in need of another trailer, it will be worth every penny of shipping. Since then, Dennis has redesigned the trailer to suit the different users he supplies. We finally had to have a new one and there was no doubt where we would get it. The new trailer is 5 years into service and is used nearly every day of the season. It is trouble free and will last longer than I will. He listened to specifics I thought would be improvements and he made suggestions on how we could build a better trailer to suit our needs. They are far and away the best trailers for hauling canoes I've ever used or seen.
