  The trailer broke down after two months of real use. The administrative side of this company is terrible. Buy from a big box store!

  I purchased a new Kia Hybrid Sorento but had many difficulties with completing the installation and wiring for the trailer hitch. Denny was VERY considerate of my difficulties and assisted with the multiple delays in completing my purchase of one of his trailers. I cannot speak highly enough of his positive attitude and consistent helpful nature. A great guy. As for the trailer itself it is fabulous. It does everything that I thought it would, i.e. pulls very easy, stable, holds a lot, extremely versatile, etc. Everybody who has seen my trailer speaks positively of it, one person saying he wished he knew of it before he purchased his own. I highly recommend Remackle Trailers for both the product they provide and the great customer attitude and assistance.

  BEWARE, AFTER PURCHASE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. Contacted them in August of 2020 for a water pooling issue on the trailer cover. They agreed I should have two additional aluminum bow supports to correct the issue and said they would put them in the mail within a week. I have emailed them countless times and talked with several employees on the phone multiple times over the last 18 months and still do not have the supports. They rarely answer the phone and do not have a voicemail set up to even leave a message. Emails are returned weeks after they are sent, if at all. I don't know what else to do, except warn potential future customers.

  The best trailer you can find mine is 18 years old and still looks like new Many trips to the Dakota’s hunting and no cracks in the welds anywhere

  Hungry Jack Outfitters has used Remackel Trailers for over 30 years. In fact, we had the very first canoe trailer he built - it's still in service. Since then, Dennis has redesigned the trailer to suit the different users he supplies. We finally had to have a new one and there was no doubt where we would get it. The new trailer is 5 years into service and is used nearly every day of the season. It is trouble free and will last longer than I will. He listened to specifics I thought would be improvements and he made suggestions on how we could build a better trailer to suit our needs. They are far and away the best trailers for hauling canoes I've ever used or seen.
