I was apart of the titanium wash club. The last two times I went through, my car was damaged and both claims were denied. The first time it got damaged, my driver side mirror cracked in half. The second time, there are thick scratches in front of both of my headlights, in the way that everything spins inside the wash.. Chandler, the GM, affirmed that he could not see on the cameras that the mirror was cracked prior to entering, nor could see it at the end, yet feels confident denying my claim because supposedly no other car has gotten damaged. I went through the wash again on Valentine’s Day, and there were two huge scratches under my headlights. I filed the claim right away, a few days later Chandler again said he could not see on cameras before I got in that the scratches were there prior, but could see them when I got out, but again felt confident denying my claim because “no one else reported damage”… I reminded him that the Google reviews say otherwise, so then he told me he’s not going to discuss other claims… literally affirming that there are other claims reporting damage. we chatted about the first claim, and I reported I was waiting for the regional manager to call me. He told me that I will not be receiving a call because “he thinks the same thing as me”… what a joke of customer service. My subscription is cancelled now but definitely am expecting someone else to reach out to me about this.
