Some time they meet me outside the shop and ask what services I'll looking for, sometimes they dont. Sometime they show me my oil Sometime they dont. There was one time there were two guys working and they were arguing with each other about how much air to put into my tires. Well one person said one number and the other said a different number with a 10lb difference.... one filed one side of my car and the other lower the air down to what they thought it was... well the one that took the air out trigger my tpm sensor after I drove away.. I was pissed. I filled the tires air myself down the road. I will not let that person touch my car again and if I ever see them I'll kindly ask them to have someone else do the work...
