  Highly recommended working with Gage if you are looking for an RV. We bought a used RV in January and picked up in April. Had a few issues when we picked it up but Gage was great at getting everything resolved.

  I bought a camper from these people and within five days it flooded and it was a structural issue and it was a brand new camper. They did not let me return it and to get it repaired takes weeks ruins my entire vacation plans.

  Travis is a true professional! He helped us through every phase of the purchase of our new Montana. He is very knowledgeable and great communication. Truly a good experience.

  Photos posted on the website showed a camper with slide covers and no damage to the front. The camper was damaged and had fiberglass tape covering the crack on the front. Also no slide covers. When I asked the salesman about it, I was told that we could purchase them if we wanted them. We started the process to purchase the camper and were told that the finance department was going to take a while so they would follow up with us the next day. After my husband and I both left messages asking for the salesman to call us we received a text message advising us that we would need to put a down payment for $20,000 even though we had stellar credit scores. A text message is not the way to do business. (Guess I’m just old school) We will not do any further business with Camping World.

  My job needed me to move for a project and I needed to get a camper to live in while there. I did quite a bit of research before actually looking at specifics campers. Since I'm a beginner I thought camping world would be best. I worked with Owen, the salesman, to look at a variety of campers. Funny enough I ended up picking out a camper that wasn't even on my list 😅. Owen was very patient with me and my husband. We wanted to make sure that we didn't regret a purchase. After we signed paperwork, everything went very quick. We scheduled soon after to do a walkthrough. Tom, one of the specialists, helped us with the second part of our purchase. He thought us quite a bit about the camper. He even let me record to reference later. Though I probably won't need it cause he was so thorough in describing what and where everything was, inside and outside. It was super nice to be able to also get some extras installed same day, they were very quick. Lastly, I appreciate the service mechanic for showing us how the hitch system works and how to use it. Overall, although shopping is not always fun, the staff were very kind and helped me get something I will appreciate for a long time. Thank you again! ☺️
