Unfortunately, my experience has taken a disappointing turn that I can’t ignore. The staff was respectful while I was there & usually always is, and we have small conversations while my oil gets changed….After I bought lunch for them yesterday, they took the whole situation and twisted it. To make matters worse, they shared my full name with another customer—a person who does not work there. That individual ended up messaging me and my fiance and sending me a friend request on facebook, which is not only inappropriate but a serious breach of privacy. What started as goodwill ended in a very unpleasant and unprofessional situation. I can no longer support this Valvoline location, or any Valvoline, going forward. I hope they take this as an opportunity to reflect on how they handle customer information and interactions.

We waited a little longer than normal, because a vehicle getting serviced was having a more extensive service done than a simple oil change. That's OK, service here is worth the wait!!
