The call center is in Calcutta, so they barely speak English, won’t answer direct questions and force you off the phone as fast as they can, refuse to let you speak to supervisors, and they lie about absolutely anything to keep you on the hook for money sometimes even leaving you stranded because of bad information. When your equipment causes a violation that is not your fault, they pass along to the state that you tampered, circumvented/bypassed the equipment, adding 6 mo the to the program, then when its validity is disputed, all of a sudden you are required to take the car in to jail e the entire system replaced only mo the after installation. This isn’t passed along to the state and you can’t do anything about it. Good luck at an administrative review.
