  Rented a full size van after a collision. Van was delivered to the body shop. Wife noticed shake in front end when driving. Marked shake when slowing from highway speeds. Discovered badly cupped tire and a bungee cord around the wheel housing/brake caliper/tie rod end! (It was applied around/through various parts so did not fly up from the road) Thankfully the Monticello Enterprise helped with the exchange because I did not think it was safe to drive back to Elk River. My wife called Elk River and they took the matter seriously and actively addressed our disappointment. I would like to give more stars because of the customer service, but this was a safety issue that was missed.

  Horrible experience with only 1 person working and trying to help multiple customers at the same time. Waited 40 minutes to find out they rented my vehicle to the person infront of me in line and had no replacement available. They then booked me a vehicle at another location 30 min away. They are good at taking reservations, but poor at keeping the reservation.

  The staff at this Enterprise location are awesome, fast, and friendly. Processing the rental took minutes and dropping it off took minutes.

  They were very professional and made sure I had the vehicle I needed during the time needed. They brought the car to me where mine was getting fixed and picked it up when I picked up my car.
