- KSKim StoltDec 14, 20251.0Went in and got an oil change my vehicle was running fine, left and didn’t even make it a 1/2 mile when my car started shaking while accelerating up the ramp i pulled over and the car died. Managed to get it started again and limped back to the store they checked the oil level and flipped the air filter around and told me it wasn’t there fault but didn’t have any issues recommending places to take to get it looked at and which ones I shouldn’t take it to to get looked at!

One guy sat amd watched, 2-3 people did everything, that they did. Had a coupon, maybe next time I won't show it till the end. These places have always been great to me, except this time. Don't offer coupons if your not going to do the job

All I could see was the side of his face and when I asked him what he said he would just say ok good each and every time. He barely looked at me while talking with me. I know my wipers, both front and back need replacing and he marked down that they were good. The cabin air filter was never checked, however he put down that it was good. The oil service indicator light was never reset so I had to do it myself, and it's on the receipt that it was reset. I have no idea if he tried to ask if I wanted my wipers replaced or anything as I could not understand him at all, or if he tried to get me to purchase additional things due to him not looking at me while talking, and as I mentioned earlier I tried to ask what he was saying and he just replied ok good.

Staff called everyone else over, and were laughing at it. “Dude come check this out.” One of the employees asked me who I pissed off in my personal life for this to be an occurrence. I would advise not to visit this site. Unless you can work with Miguel.
