They even said they were going to share the air filter like they would normally do and I didnt even get to see that. My tires are still flat and wiper fluid is also still empty. Im concerned to know what else they didnt do. The maintenance light is still on that they never checked along with the lights on the outsided I wanted checked that also didnt happen. This is my Mom's car who unfortunately just passed away and with all what was going on I wasnt even comfortable with asking them fix any issues with the lack of care that I was watching. I went home and checked my emailed receipt to actually see what they said they did and none of it actually happened. They were nice and she communicated well but this amount of dishonesty has to be brought to the attention to the owner. Not worth $90.

Then no other communication from him. My tires were not filled as they were low and I went and filled them myself and they were down 5 lbs. Never checked my lights and never let me know they checked my other fluids. I go here all the time but may be using the other site down the block if service stays the same. I pay more for the extra service that I did not receive. And the language was not what I want to hear when I come in for service.
