  I had the pleasure of Beigek, the assistant manager working on my vehicle. He was accompanied by his 2 coworkers, Isaiah and Dylan. I visited the Elk River MN location off Zane st Nw for my first time on Friday February 27th and I arrived at 6:20 approximately. There were 3 vehicles in the garage being serviced, and one vehicle in front of me. This location closes at 7 and I was worried about being late and not being able to get my car serviced as I was in absolute need of a oil change and had put it off long enough. I live in Little falls and was dropping my daughter off to her aunties in elk river for the weekend and didn't feel comfortable driving home without a oil change. All 3 of these gentlemen who were working that shift were extremely pleasant, kind, and reassuring me that my business was welcomed and appreciated. Beigek and I had a lovely conversation about my day and stressors, and made it his goal to help my day end on a good note. Im 44 years old, and lived in California and south Carolina as well as Minnesota and I can honestly say ive never felt more welcome and taken care of at any automotive company. I will now only bring my vehicle to that location for my basic car needs and will highly recommend them to my friends and family. They ended up being at work nearly a hour after close, and they maintained their sunny disposition and welcoming attitudes. I worked in customer service doing hair for 20+ years and for as young as these gentlemen are, and having family or plans on a Friday night, they never hinted any dissatisfaction or negative behavior that they were still at work after close. If I could suggest to give them a raise or some sort of incentive or bonus for their positive attitude, wonderful personalities, excellent service and of course their handsome smiles I think they deserve it!. You have a wonderful team of employees there that day and I wanted to make sure they were recognized for their superior efforts. Thank you guys, I will see.you in a couple thousand miles! Till then, keep up the good work, kind hearts, and those smiles that make people like me feel good at the end of my day! Sincerely Crystal

  Cooper was VERY thorough. He answered every question I had and had excellent customer service. Absolutely a great technician.

  Just went in the get an oil change for my work van. They were very friendly and fast, definitely gald the job uses this place for oil changes.
