Since NAPAonline is available in all 50 states, the servicing NAPA Auto Parts store is required by law to charge sales tax for all purchases. NAPA applies an additional 5% pending charge to all Buy Online, Pick Up In Store purchases to ensure sufficient funds are available in case the sales tax is higher than expected.
